This 5-lesson course is designed to help you become
aware of, recognize, and address the special needs and
concerns of adult learners. It focuses on the areas
of the special needs and characteristics of adult learners,
on the different learning styles and the multiple intelligences
of all learners, as well as on the principles of adult
learning. Participants will be given the opportunity
to put all of their new learning from this course into
practice by applying it to a case study at the end of
the course.

- Describe
the 4 Learning Styles

Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences

teaching strategies into their instructional techniques
which address, accommodate, and appeal to the various
needs, characteristics, learning styles, and intelligence
strengths of their students

aware of their own learning style and intelligence
strengths

define, and apply the 4 Principles of Adult Learning
