Job Summary:
* Looking for Account Manager with a passion for customer service. Support accounts during the implementation and setup period and develop continued relationship with suppliers and contractors; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build effective working relationships with internal and external partners. Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust.

* Utilizing available internal and external resources to achieve organizational goals. Coordinate calls and monitor accounts for current and future needs. Communicate account information and key customer issues to all members of the team. Report up to corporate about what’s happening with strategic accounts as well as the general climate of the market.

* Work with various business owners within their organization to build or expand their business. Research customer’s business through marketing literature, annual reports, press releases, financial reports, and their web site to learn as much about the company’s priorities and business drivers as possible and assist in developing solutions based on this knowledge. Engaging with each business account to explore their situations and needs.

Job Requirements:
Skills our ideal candidate will possess:
* 2+ years field account, customer service and/or sales experience.

* Experienced in large accounts that requires strategic partnership within a company and is able to understand a customer’s complex set of business needs.

* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills and able to deal with challenges and appropriately consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences.

* Customer Satisfaction – seek and take appropriate actions on customer feedback, resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Title Software Developer
Salary Hourly – Based on Experience
Location Any – Remote

Essential Job Functions
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements web and mobile software applications and components; supports software applications and components; works from written and verbal specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and development of programs. Infrastructure of customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the end-users. Analyzes existing programs and systems and program requirements to make enhancements to existing programs. Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity. Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three or more years of experience in programming or testing
